Frequently asked questions
Is Invoice OS really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs RM 0 and needs no credit card. It includes 3 invoices and 5 letterheads per month, with PDF export and printing. Upgrade to Pro or Business only when you need more.
How does WhatsApp sharing work?
Once an invoice is finalized, click "Send via WhatsApp". Invoice OS builds a prefilled message with a secure link to a public invoice page, where your client can view it and download the PDF. No login is needed on their side.
Can I change an invoice after it has been sent?
Drafts are freely editable. Finalized invoices keep an immutable snapshot of client, product and branding details, so your records stay accurate. You can void an invoice and issue a new one when needed.
Does it detect overdue invoices automatically?
Yes. A scheduled check marks unpaid invoices past their due date as overdue and notifies you in the app, so nothing slips through.
Can I create letterheads too?
Yes. Choose from 5 letterhead templates and fill in a structured builder for date, recipient, subject, body, closing and signature, then export a pixel-perfect PDF.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Subscription page in your workspace. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
